1. Booking and Payment

a. Booking Process
● To secure a place on a hiking holiday, you must complete the booking process through our Website or other approved methods.
● All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

b. Payment
● A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking.
● The balance must be paid in full by 30 days prior to the trip.
● We accept debit cards, credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers and Revolut.

c. Cancellation Policy
● Cancellations made 10 days are eligible for a 70% refund.
● Cancellations made less than 7 days are non-refundable.
● We reserve the right to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

2. Eligibility

● Participants must be at least 18 years old. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
● You must have a reasonable level of fitness suitable for hiking activities. It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions or limitations.

3. Code of Conduct

● Participants must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by our
team.

● Respect for nature and local communities is expected at all times.
● We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or unsafe, without refund.

4. Assumption of Risk

By participating in our Services, you acknowledge and accept that:

● Hiking involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, physical injury, weather conditions, and encounters with wildlife.
● You participate at your own risk, and we are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages unless caused by our negligence.

5. Changes to Itinerary

● We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control.
● Any significant changes will be communicated as soon as possible.

6. Intellectual Property

● All content on our Website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright laws.
● You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of our Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
